The Biotechnology Provision Laboratory
The Biotechnology Provision Laboratory (生工食料研究所 Seikou Shokuryou Kenkyuujo?) is one of the spinoffs of the Next Environment Organization, and was founded and headed by Professor Umezaki. Although its original intent was to create new food sources, it wound up only creating biological horrors called UMA.
