The Superhuman Federation (超人同盟 Choujin Doumei?) is one of the groups that splintered off from the Best Man Project, made up of individuals with Dowsing abilities. Although they use their abilities for business purposes, their true goal is to continue the work of the Best Man Project, and create a superior being. Mugito Mamon, the leader of the organization, is especially interested in recruiting Kaede Kurenai for this.
